We provide mats, props, and towels for your comfort.
Just come in breathable, comfortable clothing — and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.

Our heated classes are practiced in a space gently warmed to 30–35°C (84–95°F).
Non-heated classes are held at room temperature for a softer, ambient experience.

You may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before your class without charge.
