OUR STORY
HALO was born to create a sacred space where movement becomes connection, and presence becomes power. My personal journey with Pilates began in Los Angeles, and it was a revelation. Through the practice, I reconnected with my body, softened my mind, and found a calm I didn’t know I needed. HALO is the embodiment of that journey — a space where warmth, strength, and stillness come together. It’s more than a studio.
